Customer Reviews
Seriously the best urgent care for kids! The staff is ALWAYS so nice and AMAZING with the kids. My daughter was so scared, Leslie- RN, was phenomenal with her. Katy the NP was equally amazing! They both were so kind, patient and took the time to explain everything. Best nurses! I appreciate the kindness and great care so much! Thank you!!
Excellent experience tonight. Walked in and seen within 5 minutes. Check-in was alright. My daughter needed a breathing treatment, which was done along with a nose suction. She even got a popsicle and stuffy during her visit. The doctor and her assistant were AWESOME! Very friendly, personable and all around helpful. Hoping to have that same great experience if we need to return.
The nurse who took my daughter’s vitals was an absolute nightmare tonight. I am completely blown away by how rude and aggressive she was. We went in for concerns that my daughter may be having issues with blood sugar. The nurse asked questions, took vitals, and left the room stating she was going to test blood sugars. She came back in the room with the glucose machine. My daughter asked what she was going to do. The nurse responded in the most rude way telling her she was “going to stick her”. The nurse aggressively grabbed my daughter’s hand and told her to “calm down” multiple times as she started wiping her finger with a rubbing alcohol pad. My daughter asked what she was doing, and attempted to pull away. Who wouldn’t under circumstances like this? The nurse never responded to tell h
I took my son in late tonight for some asthma and breathing issues, everyone here was SO nice and caring. Leslie and Danielle were phenomenal, I like coming here over taking my son to his normal pediatrician. We have been here a couple times and each time they take great care of us! 10/10
We scheduled the first available appointment and arrived almost two hours early, they were able to get us in after just a short wait. They were all professional, kind and caring. The team efficient and listened to my very long list of concerts without. It's nice to know, as a Mom, that I can tell them all of my concerns and they will listen without making me feel like an idiot.
