Washington Health System Family Medicine Center- Washington, Pa

Everyone that works here is miserable and gives you attitude if you try to ask a question. I would love to know who owns this place. I have a few suggestions for them

I would rate this place lower if I could. The "doctor" I spoke to couldn't give me any information on my injury and when asked for a note for work, he typed a few sentence note with a Typo on it. Than I called multiple times for my X ray results only to he told they have them and a doctor will call me back with the information and I have yet to receive that call so I can let my employer know my status.

Trying to get a script filled from them is the hardest thing ever. The answering service and reaching this office is the worst, almost impossible . No VM available. Finally Spoke to the Nurse manager who was completely condescending, blaming me because I missed an appointment and the front desk person is extremely disrespectful and rude. I am currently looking for another Dr.

Horrible treatment of patients, they schduel appointments then cancel them WITHOUT NOTICE .
