Aspen Dental - Washington, PA

I am so glad that I went there. Everyone was so nice. When I was going to get my teeth, top and bottoms, extracted that day, the surgeon noticed an irregular heartbeat which I was scheduled to have some tests done at the end of the month by my doctor. I been having heart issues since it runs in my family. The surgeon wanted to wait till after those tests were done and wanted my doctor to send him a report before he would do the extraction. When I went back (2 months later) after having several tests done, everyone asked how I was doing. I can’t believe that they remembered me. I have a friend that I told about it and now she’s going there to have her top teeth extracted. I am so glad I didn’t go to my dentist.

Biggest scam ever!! All about ripping you off. 1431 for x-rays. Can not contact office. Goes to answering service where you get someone who you can barely understand and hang up on you when you start asking questions about your bill. Good luck!!

The dentist is great Most of the staff not so much….I like to be able to dictate my own healthcare based mostly on what I am able to pay. Also while waiting another patient came in with an emergency ….they told him that he can go to another aspen while not attempting to assist…u could tell that the gentleman Had a beautiful set of new teeth etc very costly. Like u couldn’t take a few moments to help this man at least ask the dentist he left very upset….this was not nice 😊

Last year I began the process of getting dentures. After being examined and me telling the dentist and staff that my goal is not have any more dental issues. If the teeth my mouth were no good then remove them all and fit me for dentures. At first I was extremely happy with the dentist and the work that he was doing. In the beginning, the staff was also very respectable and helpful. At that point, I thought everything was being done how we talked about it being done. When making my decision, I was told that my bottom front teeth were OK. I had periodontal disease, but I can take care of that with the toothpaste and mouth rinse that they provided me with. We proceeded with all of my top teeth being removed and all of my bottom teeth except for the front 8. I went to all follow up appointmen

Their work is good. Don’t get me wrong. And doing the dental work they were professional and everything. Where were they sucking? Is their pricing, their communication, and cancellations. I was supposed to be getting implants put in. I was literally at my step loss for my insurance so it should’ve cost me zero dollars.20 days after my insurance plan reset which was really unfair to me and there was really no compassion in regards to the fact that I don’t have it like that I’m not a freaking millionaire But again, as far as their work goes, the doctors do a really good job of everything. But in all honesty, I do not know if I will ever go back to Aspen dental for treatments again after this. I feel like they played games and prolonged it to the point where it want to costing me more mone
