I just want too say that I greatly value WCRMC and my numerous experiences personally and with family have always been positive. I'm so thankful for WCRMC and again, great and caring staff. I recently had major back surgery in Reidsville. I went through 18 physical therapy sessions at WCRMC, and the PT staff are the very best! They worked me hard, but for my own good ... and you can see that they really care! I also want to say, that Pam Stewart is doing a fantastic job and making good changes to WCRMC. We are fortunate and blessed to have her! Thanks to all the many departments and staff - I and many others greatly appreciate you! Brant Kennedy 10-13-2025

The worst possible place to go. Absolutely AWFUL. They do not monitor vitals constantly, they do not take chest pain seriously and do not have any sense of urgency. Some of the nurses were incredibly rude, lied to right our faces, and basically would not take vitals even with active chest pain. The nurse legit said “well the doctor is doing an ekg soon” and just left. They legit do not care. Go to Macon or Savannah. This place is not worth the time.

My husband was admitted to the emergency room and was diagnosed with having a stroke. He was given the reversal medicine within the allotted time. What a change after being administered. Great nurse and doctor. He was rushed by ambulance to Augusta, and we stayed there for 7 days. Could not have asked for better care.

If i could gove a negative 100 i woild My dad is here and the doctors bedside manner is horrible. If he doesnt like his job quit. My dad not understanding what hes saying so im trying to ask him and he talks to me lkke he probably talk to his staff. Im nit stopping here Dr. Im gojng all the way with complsints about you.

I went to the ER for an issue with my port and was told “We are not surgeons “ The Er doctor acted as if he didn’t care and nurses was rude. They Er nurses was pulling on my port talking about this is how to make it work which only made the pain worse this first time in the long time coming to this Er and it will be last time I should have went Dublin where the doctors and nurses really care
