West Drug is a wonderful place to buy your prescriptions. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The owner stayed after hours for me to be able to drop off an Amazon return. She did not have to do that - she truly went above and beyond to help me. That is the kind of customer service you can expect from them! They value their customers and treat them with dignity and respect. I am thankful that places like this still exist. 🙌 It never hurts to make people feel appreciated! Thanks West Drug Company!

Nice staff, very friendly. To be honest don't care for the mold smell every time I visit but I do shop there for my medication. Though if you go there and the old man is working be prepared for a long wait.

This pharmacy has discriminated against me in ways that I have never experienced from anyone in my life. I am sickened at the malpractice and hatred that this company portrays towards their customers. Lindsay (the pharmacist) has been nothing but rude and discriminating to me since I have been a customer there. Last month I tried to pick up my prescription and she told me that I couldn't pick it up for 2 more days. Which according to Georgia state law and federal law a customer can pick up a prescription up to (2) days early if needed. She spoke down to me and did not care that I had 7 children and no way to bring all 7 children with me to pick my medication up. Because it was a weekend. I only have a 4 seater car. And weekends are not days that I am able to run errands. She declined my r

Went with a friend to pick up medicines. I don't personally deal with them anymore after dealing with them for over a decade. Too much condos ending attitudes from some workers and sneak taking people perscriptions and blantly lying about it .Over charging for perscriptions and .
