Warwick Dental Center

To see that Warwick Dental Center is temporarily closed is a blessing. To anyone looking for a qualified dentist and staff....count yourself lucky not to have had any dental work done at this location. It's been a year and a half since I went to Warwick Dental and I'm still devastated by what the dentist did. I was supposed to be getting partial dentures...to only have them not fit whatsoever. They sent me out that day with a mouth full of blood and dentures that didn't fit. I wear a mask everywhere I go..and it's not because of COVID. I wear a mask because I'm ashamed at how my teeth look now. Thank God this place is closed.

Horrible most unprofessional dentist office. I have had 5 cancellations since November 3, 2023, After being told the emergency to have a deep cleaning done. I have taken off work early only to show up to my appointment to a sign on the door saying “No electricity” the office could have called or texted to inform patients before they got there. 3 hygienist quit in this time frame. I don’t know what is going on here but I would not recommend stay as far away as possible the receptionist is inconsiderate and has no compassion. They call and text to confirm your appointment only to receive a text canceling the appointment the day of. I set up an appointment with this “facility” over a month ago to get work done and am pregnant. The day of my appointment they called me and told me that they don’t take my insurance. They told me that it was something with my insurance company so I reached out to them and found out that I had nothing to do with my insurance, but that they submitted my claim with missing information (my due date) so when I called back to let them know what the insurance company said the girl who answered the phone, then changed her story and said that it wasn’t the insurance, but that the office themselves no longer wanted to work with the insurance company. This is the worst dentist ever! I wouldn't tell Lucifer himself to step foot in a place like this. A year later, I am still traumatized by this place. They don't even have a website setup because they know how horrible the service is. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! They will lie and try to make you feel responsible for doing their job. I can't even wish bad on a place that is already in the depths of hell. Your safety will be put at risk (health/money).

Sugar-coated scam. The staff are friendly and the dentist is nice to talk to, but I came in with stains on my teeth. Their first suggestion was for me to get veneers. VENEERS, guys. That’s thousands of $$$. And guess what? I got the stains off using baking soda. They were external tea stains. Scam. They also told me I had a cavity that needed to be filled and jumped right into asking when I could come back without first confirming I WANTED it filled. I had a second opinion at a different dentist and they confirmed it was too small right now to be problematic and they’d have to make the hole bigger just to fill it, which would lead to more problems down the line. Again, scam. I don’t recommend this place at all. Stay far away from this sugar-coated scam.
