Dr. Motwani was incredibly gentle and took extra precautions considering my health concerns. He made me feel safe and fully informed every step of the way, which meant more to me than I can express. His entire team is truly outstanding. Michelle, the office manager, went above and beyond to make both my daughter and me feel comfortable and confident about the procedure and aftercare. I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years due to a really bad experience in the past, but I recently developed a painful infection and was referred to Dr. Motwani. I’m incredibly grateful that I ended up in his care, going to him was truly the best decision I’ve made. Dr. Motwani did a phenomenal job from start to finish. He was gentle, thorough, and clearly skilled, and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I was honestly shocked at how painless and easy everything felt. Today was my third visit with Dr Motwani. I went to dentist before but never an experience like this office! This office is like no other that I have been to. Dr Motwani and staff make your whole dental experience a pleasure to visit the dentist! I had root canal today and I can say that it was great! The office called me to check up on me to ask if I was okay. As a dental patient that was the first time I had an office genuinely concerned about my condition after having work done earlier that day. The fear of visiting the dentist will be no more after your visit with Warrington Dental. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m genuinely surprised this office has positive reviews. I originally scheduled an appointment for Friday at 2:30 PM. On Monday, I received a call asking to move the appointment to 2:15 PM because the doctor would be leaving early. That was fine. However, on the day of the appointment, I received another call asking to move it up to 11:30 AM. I explained that I work and could not make that time. The staff member said “okay” and ended the call abruptly. About an hour later, I received yet another call telling me the doctor had an “emergency” and that I needed to reschedule entirely. Considering they had already tried multiple times to move my appointment earlier, this explanation felt extremely inconsistent. Overall, this office demonstrated poor comm
