My only experience is with Lenscrafters in Warrington, PA (Valley Square). The eye exam was terrific, the optometrist answered all my questions. Absolutely everything went south from there. The glasses I selected were incredibly expensive despite my Humana insurance. Unhappy, but in a rush, I bought them anyway ($260 /pair after insurance). I then took my prescription, sent it to an on-line nationwide supplier, bought backup regular and sunglasses, paid less than 40% of what I was charged at Lenscrafters (now with no insurance) and received the glasses in six days. Still no sign of my Lenscrafters glasses. Finally, three and a half weeks after my exam I called Lenscrafters and was told my glasses had been ready for pickup for two weeks. This Lenscrafters is incredible. I have been going to them for multiple years and they have never let me down. Recently, they helped me through an insurance mistake that other locations could not help me through. The service is impeccable. I am out of state and still use them for service! Highly recommend.

They were fantastic. I came in anxious and had avoided the eye doctor for 3 years. Dr.Lydia and the wonderful women at the front desk were amazing and I was comfortable and relaxed. My appointment was quick and all questions were answered. I will definitely be returning!
