Warren Skin Care Center | Dr. Andrew Lian-Jie Li

I have been to Dr. Li several times for myself and 2 of my children and he was wonderful. My kids love him! Their procedures weren't fun, but he was quick and helped them through it! You can also get in pretty quickly- don't have to wait months like other area derms. Highly recommend.

Was very skeptical to schedule an appointment after reading other reviews but decided that I would give him a chance. I was very glad that I did. I went to his new office in Bethlehem and was greeted by a very friendly, cordial receptionist. I was seen by the doctor right on time with little or no waiting. He was extremely nice and took care of my skin concerns promptly. I would recommend that people do not judge a person or service based solely on some reviews.

I was a new patient, I had a 4:30 appt, I arrived at 4:20 to fill out all my info. I wasn't seen until 5:10pm. I had a cyst that needed to be removed, I thought I would be going in and just getting a consult without getting the treatment rendered that day. Dr. Li came into the room, he was very nice a cordial, asked me what the problem was and told me he would take care of it that same day. He was very professional, performed the excision and stitched me up perfectly. The waiting was a set back but I've needed this to be taken care of for over a month and other dermatologists offices were booked 3 weeks in advance, I called Dr. Li's office and was able to get an appointment 3 days after I called in. Thank you Dr. Li!

I really like Doctor Li, but the office staff has to get it together. I was told I had a balance from my mole removal 2 weeks ago. I said I had not received a bill from you or anything from my insurance. The receptionist said the bill hadn't been sent out yet. She asked me if I wanted to wait until I got the EOB from insurance, and I said yes. She puts me in a room, and then comes in and tells me that actually the balance is from the first visit on 3/22. I again state I have not received a bill or EOB from the insurance. She tells me that the bill hadn't gone out yet, but it needs to be paid. I handed her my card and said, this is ridiculous that I am being told to pay for something that I haven't received a bill or EOB for. The other doctor (not Doctor Li) came in with my card an

We arrived 10 mins early for my daughters new patient appointment at the Easton office. We waited well over 30 minutes past appointment time to be seen. The receptionist was very rude, she made us feel like a bother from the moment we walked in the door. She wore her mask almost on her chin, after we were instructed to bring and wear a mask at time of appointment. Doctor Li was wonderful. He took his time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. I will continue to bring my daughter to Dr. Li but will mostly likely avoid the Easton location even though it’s very close to home. Manors go along way, especially in health care.
