I took my baby girl there because she was a premie and needed to be checked that her blood vessels and everything behind her eyes had fully developed. Dr. Warren’s policy is that he doesn’t let the parent be with the child during the exam. This was not explained up front. They only told me that after putting the drops in her eyes to dilate them. My mom (baby’s grandmother) was not allowed to come back with us. These policies were not explained up front and are not necessary. I have never been to any doctor office and experienced such crazy policies, especially not allowing a baby’s mother to be there during an exam.

Very pleased with my husband's plan and Dr. Warren's attention to detail. He is very through and answers questions in a detailed but understandable way.

I came from Texas, most of my retinal doctors there made me feel discouraged, there wasn’t much effort on their part to try the new procedures/medication’s on the market etc. Shortly after I moved here 1998 I began seeing Dr Warren. He has been a great cheerleader keeping me positive about my vision that I have & the possibilities for the future. He always is at the forefront of new and improved ways of dealing with retinal problems. I ended up working with ophthalmologists and optometrists who recommended him to their patients (we did not have a retinal doctor on staff). And I highly recommend him to anyone with retinal issues!!!

Dr. Warren is the absolute best! His office staff is top notch, efficient and super friendly! If you are having eye issues, there is no one better!

I don't ever leave reviews, so this is telling of my experience/dissatisfaction with the clinic. We visited Dr. Warren's office for a follow-up from our son's NICU stay. Dr. Warren is very knowledgeable and his staff is friendly. However, two assistants left and entered the room (i.e. touching door knobs) without sanitizing their hands prior to touching my premature baby's face. I feel sanitizing and/or wearing gloves should be common practice in any health care facility, but especially when you are dealing with an immunocompromised population. I would hope this would be addressed immediately.
