Unbelievable reviews clearly show that only the most disgruntled seem to post reviews. This is alarming. I will gladly reverse the trend by saying that I SPECIFICALLY REQUEST Warren Memorial for ALL my procedures, tests, and imaging, only going elsewhere if they don't provide the service I need, which hasn't happened yet. Some of the finest humans on earth work here, and I haven't met one that isn't precious, caring, and competent yet. I love the layout of this hospital (very efficient!), the check-in process, the surgical options available so close to home, and then there's the outstanding food available in the bistro! Thanks team...I consider you my extended family!

SHAME ON YOU. My mother required emergency surgery after a slip-and-fall accident that resulted in a broken hip. The procedure went well, and during her hospital stay the staff was friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. For that, I was truly grateful. However, everything changed when it was time for her discharge. We were told there were only two rehabilitation options: Evergreen Health & Rehabilitation in Winchester or another facility in Warrenton. Living in Alexandria, I trusted the hospital’s guidance in choosing the best and safest place for my mother’s recovery. Based on their recommendation, we proceeded with Evergreen in Winchester. I was referred to Warren Memorial Center as part of Valley Health for imaging as part of an endocrine evaluation. Warren’s staff were excellent. However, The initial radiology report created significant confusion between Valley Health providers and the UVA endocrine team regarding which adrenal gland contained a lesion and whether an adrenal gland was enlarged. Because imaging findings were central to surgical decision-making, this lack of clarity had real downstream consequences and contributed to the clinical pathway toward adrenalectomy. Additionally, the report did not initially note that I was born with a single kidney, which is a significant anatomical finding that should be documented in imaging interpretation. Hospital is nicely laid out and most staff are polite . My favorite pic I took was the button in the elevator " Emergency Cafeteria" . Otherwise they helped my Mom with her surgery and she's doing lots better . One complaint which is weird is if you look at some of the pics I posted of the windows you can still see the large suction ring from the installers years ago . I would think a hospital would have been much cleaner 🤔.

Bottom line up front: I will be writing the hospital and the board over a truly negligent doctor. I have had poor hospital experiences before, but the sheer lack of empathy and professional care should concern the residents of the surrounding area and the hospital. My pregnant wife, was in the worst pain of her life. This is our second child and she said she would have taken contractions over the pain. Front Royal Urgent care sent her to Warren county Memorial after considering that the ER could do more for her, and they thought it was safer for her to get care there.
