Steve and Jodi are phenomenal! We walked into the new Warby Parker in the Village District with a pair of glasses we bought online and just needed the nose bridge adjusted. Steve happily made the adjustment and then leveled the pair on his face. They would not accept any payment and were so helpful and pleasant.
