Warby Parker The Village of Cross Keys

Super convenient and amazing people. Justin was fantastic, the Dr was amazing and a great selection. Highly recommend and lots of great places to eat or drink and browse shops.

Misha, Paige, and Ilex were incredible in helping me pick out new frames while I got my current warbys fixed and cleaned!!! We went through a bunch of styles and all 3 of them were extremely helpful. Store smells amazing, is brand new, perfect location!!! Go get new glasses asap, you will be so happy and look fabulous :-)

After a long day at work I was greeted by Justin with great energy and even greater knowledge about my insurance and the process of getting contacts and glasses. the doctor saw me early and she too was super smart and and efficient with a great sense of humor! Great experience!

This Warby Parker is in a great location (beautiful shopping center). The experience was so smooth— The eye doctor was kind and concise which made the exam quick and easy. The employees out on the floor were very friendly and very, very helpful when it came to decision making! Selecting frames can be overwhelming with the number of styles and colors available but they helped to narrow things down and were honest throughout the process! I’ll be a returning customer for sure.

I’m a big Warby Parker fan and this location in the Village of Cross Keys solidifies why this is such a a great brand. Excellent staff -welcoming and inviting - they are excellent with providing information and assisting when you need it. I bought a pair about 3 weeks ago. They were quick to fix my frames that were a bit stretched out and reminded me of all their guarantees and lifetime adjustments. Also remember you can try versions on-line which may help narrow down before you come in. No matter your choice the team is great
