Warby Parker Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center

Quick, fun, fantastic service! Briana was a delight. She helped me pick out frames that fit my face, gave honest advice, and wasn’t pushy. She was very patient while I took my time figuring which ones to get. Very friendly and a great experience overall! Whenever I need new glasses, this is the WP I’ll return to!

Briana and Edward were great. I went into the store just to browse, and they helped me find awesome glasses I never would have picked on my own. Plus they explained the discount and checked out my insurance, which led me to buy both pairs. So much easier when no hard decisions need to be made. Also, most importantly, they were both exceedingly kind and lovely to both myself and my mom. Thanks for the great service.

This was my first experience with Warby Parker, and I loved everyone at this location. They were very nice, super helpful, and there's a focus on providing great customer service. I had some issues adjusting to my progressives and they helped me return and reorder some new frames and lens with no issues. Can't wait to do business with again next year. P.S. I tried the Truffle Burger across the street, and it was fantastic. Thanks for that recommendation too. :-)

Sachi at Warby Parker was absolutely amazing. She spent so much time with me helping me find the perfect frames and never once made me feel rushed. She patiently walked me through all the lens options, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process genuinely pleasant and easy to understand. I came to this new Warby Parker location on opening day. The store had a clean, inviting atmosphere and was nicely organized. All of the staff greeted me and were very friendly. Chris tended to my many questions and took care of ordering my frames and lenses with a prescription that I brought from another provider, making the ordering process very easy. There was a special on purchasing two frames at the time and Chris helped me pick out another frame with a distinct style difference from the first frame I picked out but still looked great on me. Both frames arrived in the mail and I've been more than happy with both since. I'm looking forward to returning again!
