I had a great experience choosing glasses! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! They totally picked up on my desires and style, giving helpful input to my decisions! So happy not to be rushed, nor pressured into buying more than I wanted! Kudos to the Warby Parker staff!

What an amazing customer experience today at Warby Parker! Excellent customer service! Great and welcoming atmosphere! Oh and the product selection and pricing was fantastic! I purchased two pair of glasses. The process was seamless. My service rep had an amazing attitude and made me feel comfortable throughout the selection process! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to make an investment in glasses!

This was hands down the best eye exam I’ve ever had in my life. From the moment I walked in, I loved it! The atmosphere and all the staff were absolutely amazing! The person who helped me was amazing! She was so kind, funny, and personable, she made the entire visit enjoyable. I left feeling well taken care of and in such a good mood. I can’t recommend this office enough! I will be coming here from now on! Thank you all so much!

The customer service at this location was exceptional! I purchased a pair of frames a few weeks ago, and after wearing them for a while, began having headaches due to the frames being much heavier than ones I had wore in the past. I took them back and they exchanged them for free. They told me they just want me to be happy. I am a very happy customer! Thank you!
