Warby Parker North Loop

This was my fourth visit to Warby Parker since I started wearing prescription glasses. I keep coming back because they have good quality products, nice selection, and the staff are helpful. I use their online shop and "try on" tool to shortlist some frames. Then I like to stop in a store to try them on to make a final selection. It also helps buying in the store because the associate can determine the precise point where my pupils align to the frames. If I were just buying the same frames as before I would just buy completely online because they keep the data from previous purchases.

An all around positive experience with true professionals who really seem to care about their work and getting you into the best eyewear for you. Not trying to just sell you up for no reason, but offering genuine upgrades that really seem appropriate to my needs. If I didn’t want something, totally cool with that and no pressure. Appreciate the quality and prices, but honestly it’s the people working at Warby Parker that will bring me back and recommend. Seriously, thank you for 5 star service and experience!

Warby Parker has an excellent selection of on-trend eyeglasses - from traditional to more adventurous statement frames. What sets them apart, though, is their customer service. While the staff at all locations are excellent, Deondre (sp?) and Sisi at the North Loop location were incredible. They provided great feedback and insight and were an absolute delight to work with. They made the experience a joyful one!

Sales associates are very friendly and helpful. The person who helped me make a decision about progressive lenses showed me their own and how much/how quickly they changed near a window, etc. They were happy to assist and step back as needed. Great experience!
