Chad is the real deal. He understands body mechanics better than anyone I’ve worked with and has changed the way I relate to my body. After having neck surgery I was wary to return to activities that used to bring me joy but Chad continues to help me reclaim my body. I couldn’t recommend Chad + Refined more. If you need any kind of PT or rehab, this is the place. 10/10

If her hair doesn't grab your attention, Dr. Taylor got me able to finally washing my own after being in so much thoracic spine pain for three days that I couldn’t lift my arms or do my job. She didn’t start with an adjustment and took her time focusing on muscle and breath work before she even began treatment. I broke my back and I’m very fearful of adjustments and she was able to work on everything connected to the pain and more. She worked with my current care provider to pass me on, with the first step of working with her further assisting the rehab process to get things moving. She knows what she is doing and it was the female professional I needed to relax and get treated.

Chad knows what he’s doing!! I came in to strengthen a lingering shoulder injury, and he has helped me grow stronger in every way. He is the most knowledgeable trainer I’ve ever worked with. If you’re looking for a trainer who is patient and focused on building a strong foundation that will increase your physical longevity for years down the line, come to this gym.

Met with Chad who is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Managed to get a program quickly and get working. Was able to see a difference in the first month. No matter whether you are starting out or very experienced. Chad will have you training in a new way. Would highly recommend to anyone. Best gym in the cities, highest quality equipment, easy program to follow, always quiet so no worries about waiting. Bonus there is a chiropractor on site at a reasonable cost. Definitely worth it if you have any issues or injuries. Overall paying for what you get.

Chad is amazing! He's a master of his trade. Super knowledgeable and an amazing listener. I had Ulnar Nerve Entrapment issue and was losing sensations in pinky finger. Chad not just fixed that issue, he constantly monitored and helped with other issues and bad posture related problems. I feel much much better and stronger now. I will continue to go to him for my issues and also highly recommend him to others. He's easily one of the best Physiotherapist out there!
