Dr. Cypress and the store's staff were fantastic. First time visit to Warby after 20+ years at HourEyes/Vision Works. Such a better experience, quality, and customer service. For example, I didn't realize there were contacts for people who where progressives. How did Vision Works never suggest that? Well, Dr. Cypress did and I'm so appreciative. Game changer.
Nikia is a rockstar. She helped me find two pairs of glasses I absolutely love. I’m actually excited to wear my glasses every day now. Thank you thank you Warby Parker and Nikia for such a fun, easy and enjoyable experience.
I stopped in to Warby Parker to just browse frames as I was already at Montgomery Mall. Jessie was my salesperson and I can’t say enough about his honest opinions, kindness and patience with me. I told him I’d think about the frames and walked around the mall to other stores. Nothing struck me in other stores like Warby Parker frames so back I went and purchased the frames and lenses with Jessie. A wonderful experience.
I just got a great eye exam at Warby Parker, Montgomery Mall! I had literally, the best customer service from Nikia! She was so knowledgeable and helpful from booking the appointment online to the amazing service…I’ve already recommended this location and both the doctor I saw as well as Nikia!! Can’t wait to get my new glasses!!
Our family of four are huge fans of Warby Parker. My husband and I own quite a few pairs of glasses because the prices are reasonable, the quality is great, and eye exams are available as well. Until now, the only locations we could easily get to from our home in Potomac were Pike & Rose in Rockville and downtown Bethesda, but parking at both locations has always been a hassle. Today, we visited the brand-new Montgomery Mall location, and it exceeded our expectations. Both my husband and I had eye exams, and the doctor was truly one of the kindest and most professional we’ve ever encountered.
