I've been a patient at ISSA Physical Therapy for five years. As an athlete and coach, I have lots of experience receiving medical and restorative treatment, and ISSA PT is an effective part of my training regimen. I feel good about working with therapists who take the time to correctly diagnose and treat dysfunction; then get you out the door in as few visits as possible. You're not being generically prescribed a set number of visits. And each visit is individual. Your therapist does not leave the room to treat someone else while you do exercises on a machine. Dr. Issa is by far the best physical therapist I have had, and I have seen four different therapists since a hip replacement operation in 2014. He diagnoses and works with the whole muscular and joint system, not just the presenting problem. In addition to his PhD in physical therapy, he has trained other physical therapists in the area in dry needling, and is excellent in diagnosing underlying problems and using all techniques, including significant hands-on work, to achieve results. Dr. Issa is working with me to modify my whole structure so I will be able to stay physically fit as I age, which, as a diabetic, is critical to my health.

I broke my right shoulder and was referred to Dr. Issa through a friend. He is outstanding in his skill/technique, his excitement for the work and his interest in how to make sure the healing is relevant and possible for YOU and what you want to be able to do. It rare to find curious practitioners who know how to challenge, motivate and be a partner in healing an injury. If you are looking to find a different way to move through an injury back in to movement Dr. Issa is the right practitioner for you!

I have been singing the praises of this establishment to all who'll listen! The whole staff is wonderful from the receptionist to the therapists. They are patient, kind, give you individual attention and really listen to all of your needs and concerns. I had the pleasure of working with Megan (She's an amazing person and therapist) and Jesse (Who is also really great). Everyone in the office is there to help you feel better and to achieve your goals. This place is worth the time and your money. Trust me when I say you wont be disappointed!

Probably not or the best possible attention to your particular problem. As a old athlete who can't seem to give up on adrenaline, I have needed the services Issa PT provides on more than one occasion and I have never been disappointed. Regardless of who you see, you are their only focus for the entirety of your appointment. They listen to the current problem but also ask for back story to determine if there are competing issues that may be contributing to pain, misalignment, and weakness. Through hands on work, dry needling, and lots and lots of exercises, I'm celebrating a pain free very active lifestyle. G
