Warby Parker Mall in Columbia

I had a fabulous retail experience at Warby Parker today. I unfortunately did not get the name of the retail associate who helped me, but she was fabulous! I came in knowing which frames I wanted. She was able to answer my questions regarding the frames, and when she didn't know an answer she was willing to ask another associate or her supervisor. I really appreciated that. She tried to create a clear financial picture and gave me advice about how to submit to my insurance. We enjoyed some smile and laughs while choosing my lenses for my prescriptive shades and she made me feel great about my choice. Very pleasant and helpful person. I appreciate both.

I decided to check out Warby Parker because my daughter in law liked it. I was not expecting to find frames that I liked because they all seemed the same at other places. But…I found exactly what I wanted and was SO surprised that WP accepted my vision insurance!!! I was thrilled at the price, even before the insurance was considered! I would highly recommend Warby Parker!

I love Warby Parker! They have a nice selection of all kinds of glasses. I also love that their prices are so reasonable and their salespeople are so friendly and helpful!

Warby Parker offered an excellent range of frames from very narrow to wide. The staff are easy to work with and the price is very good compared to other companies. Plus they donate a pair of glasses for each one purchased!

I came in to utilize my FSA and got to work with Bodean. He was very friendly & helpful— making the whole process seamless! He was patient while I shopped around while ensuring I knew additional options and customizations. He helped me feel really confident in my selections and I am looking forward to showing them off!
