I had an amazing experience with Michelle for my permanent eyebrows. I never wear makeup and I’ve never had a tattoo before, so I was definitely nervous going into the appointment but Michelle immediately put me at ease. She took her time explaining the entire process, carefully penciled in my brows so I could see the shape beforehand, and made adjustments based on my feedback. Since I’m not used to wearing makeup, we decided to go lighter on the color for my initial appointment so the change wouldn’t feel too drastic. Michelle is a PMU genius and true artist. Four months after she did my brows, my only regret is that I didn't come to her sooner. I was never able to make my brows look as good as she did. So not only am I no longer struggling with an eyebrow pencil for 5 to 10 minutes each morning, but I am rocking the best version of my brows--every day, effortlessly, even after a sweaty run or an hour in a pool. Michelle's work is an incredible value for the cost, and I am so thankful to her for her expertise, attentiveness, professionalism, and kindness.

Michelle was amazing! I have always been self conscious about my eyebrows due to over plucking and bad wax jobs, but she is knowledgeable and guided me through every step of the process. She works with you every step of the way with the coloring/shape to make sure you are 100% happy with the results and takes great care to make sure you are comfortable. Would def recommend!

Michelle was absolutely beyond incredible and made the PMU removal experience (fixing another person's work) smooth and fun! Her studio is impeccably clean and she is gentle and patient; within 5 minutes of speaking with her I could tell she was extremely skilled and kind. My opinion was only further cemented as the appointment progressed. She spoke warmly and softly as she kept me informed of what she was doing throughout the process, made it as painless as possible, and provided thorough aftercare instructions.
