My experience at Warby Parker Flatbush Ave, was great. Dr. Mariya Klyuzner was very attentive to my needs, she explained EVERYTHING to me for better understanding. Dr. Klyuzner was so patient with me (my hot flashes kept interrupting) but she told me to take as much time I needed to get myself together. Hollis was also GREAT! I literally tried on 5-6 pairs of glasses while on facetime with my mom and sister, to help with my decision and he was so patient and helpful. My experience here will have me coming back for years to come.

I am so happy I went to the Flatbush Ave. Warby Parker location today! This was my first time in this location. I’m a repeat customer. Jack was warm and welcoming, knowledgeable and was so patient with the process. You can really see how collaborative the entire team is here. They are confident with their product and I appreciate the support they provide purchasing eyewear. Such a positive experience!!

Easy to book, on-time and Dr Patel gave me a thorough exam and excellent recommendations. The reception for the eye exam was also able to help me identify my vision benefits, and Des was able to help me pick out a pair that I ordered before I left the store. All in all I was able to get a glasses and contact exam and order a pair of glasses in less than 45 minutes. Excellent experience and will go back again.

Doctor Rebeca was super patient and sweet. She gave me great insight and knowledge. As someone that was getting my eye exam for the first time i was a little nervous but Rebeca made me feel comfortable. She answered all my concerns and questions. She is amazing!
