I had an outstanding experience at the Warby Parker Closter, NJ location that completely restored my confidence in the brand. The optometrist was exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I fully understood my prescription and options. It was one of the most detailed and professional eye exams I’ve had. The retail staff were just as impressive. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. In fact, their professionalism stood out so much that I returned to the store just to pick up nose pads—and was once again met with kindness and willingness to assist. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and entertaining! MaryAnn (the optician) was phenomenal — achieved the impossible with some super thick lenses. Kate, Tyra, and Megh, were great too. This will definitely be our primary location !
