Doctor Cruz was the best doctor in DFW. He gave me the best eye glasses Rx I have had and made me feel comfortable during the exam. I’m so glad I went to Warby Parker for my eye needs. The manager Sean was very helpful helping me pick out the correct frame for my glasses and face.

The staff that helped with my glasses was also so helpful, friendly and a true joy to work with. The whole experience was the best experience I have ever had in getting an eye exam and glasses. New store...2nd opening day and I was their 3rd customer. I haven't worn glasses since I was a child, so after wearing contacts all these years, I thought picking a backup pair that fit right and looked good was going to take awhile. Happy to report that my expectations were exceeded. Raj made the experience so fun and light, and my choice was made by the second frame. I selected WP in response to the ad on YouTube promising a complete set of basic frames for a certain amount, and sure enough, that was exactly what I was charged. The promise kept and a great selection of basic frames, with all-inclusive, upfront pricing, along with fun and friendly staff, were all a REAL breath of fresh air. Thanks for a great experience!
