I was very pleased with my visit. Jacobi Davis explained to me everything about my hearing loss and different types of hearing aids to consider. I have decided to continue seeing her for my needs and would encourage everyone to do so as well.

Everyone continually demonstrates an attitude of Professionals, Doctors and Staff. No matter what concern I have, Dr. Davis has always provided a successful hearing solution. Marylyn Koble handled my hearing test yesterday and was great to work with. She explained everything in terms that made it easy to understand. She gave me info to research and had suggestions on the best pathway to address my hearing loss. Thank you for your kindness and attention to detail. I plan to do some learning and get back with her to follow up to find the best solution.

I was a little unhappy with the checkout procedure. The girl didn’t check my insurance to see what my insurance would pay She just charged me for the office visit of $78. I will say that the audiologist that helped me was very good and precise

I am very impressed with their practice. The scheduling was quick and very thorough. All the staff from check in, testing and finally checkout were very professional and compassionate. I would recommend them to anyone needing hearing health services.
