Dr. Fell is great! She took time to listen and explain things clearly. She is genuine about wanting to help people. She was very patient helping me pick out the best hearing aids.

Today I woke up and accidentally knocked my charger and one hearing aid was impacted. I went to the office without an appointment in hopes of dropping off my hearing aid and hearing from them if and when it could be fixed even if it was later in week. They went one better. It was fixed on the spot. I broke down crying because of personal reasons. They were so caring. To have them go beyond the call of duty meant so much. From the time you check in to the back,they are THE BEST OF THE BEST. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH.

Dr. Fell and all the staff at Audiology Experts are wonderful! She and the others are always so polite and welcoming. Dr. Fell is an exceptional audiologist, and always gives a complete and thorough exam. I recommend Audiology Experts to anyone and everyone who needs to see an audiologist in Arlington!
