Wanda Silva - ROLFING , Structural Integration

I have now experienced five Rolfing sessions with Wanda Silva. She is an expert at her craft. I highly recommend her for someone wanting to persue the benefits of Rolfing. The physical structure change I have experienced has brought some surprisingly pleasant, yet unexpected changes that I had no idea Rolfing could do. I pursued Rolfing to aid in pain management in hopes it would bring me some muscular relief. I thought it would help me learn how to stand better and hold my posture better. Little did I understand that it literally changes your posture by restoring it. Some of the pleasant surprises have been the way the physical changes have restored youthful physical characteristics.
