I got my full eyebrows and eyelash line (eyelash line is only for a fuller look, it isn't eyeliner. Wanda suggested it, and I love it!!!) done with permanent makeup by Wanda at least 20 years ago. I had been looking everywhere for the best permanent makeup artist and I was blessed to find Wanda. At the time she was working near the Water Tower, Magnificent Mile, on Michigan Ave, Downtown Chicago. I have loved my permanent makeup from the start. She's the very best. I've not had anyone else do my touch ups EVER, nor will I. I lived abroad for 10 years and I had the touch ups with her on my visits to IL. I 💯 % recommend her work.
