This morning I came in for my one son’s regular appointment and decided to bring my other son as well because he was in pain from a wire that was poking him. I honestly wasn’t even sure they’d be able to see him — not only was today not his scheduled appointment (it was actually tomorrow), but it also happened to be their staff meeting day. They were surprised to see us walk in…rightly so…but they didn’t hesitate for a second. Instead of turning us away, the entire team jumped into action and went the extra mile.
