I can’t begin to tell you how great this place is. It’s a Hometown pharmacy in Ruston, la. The pharmacist, Mr. Phil is probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He goes above and beyond to help save you as much money as possible and he is always trying to do whatever needed to get any insurance problems fixed that can be fixed on his end. Most pharmacies now days try playing Dr instead of Pharmacist instead of just doing their job which is to fill what your Dr. Called in period! Thank you Mr. Phil for treating me like a person and not judging me when I come in. He treats all his customers with the kindness and respect everyone deserves! For many, requiring a prescription is a rare occurrence. However, for those of us with chronic illnesses, quick and precise service is key. Waltz not only provides this, but also has remembered both my and my moms names (we both switched pharmacies at the same time). They also remember who gets what, how much, and when. That they deliver locally is just an extra cherry on top. Cannot recommend enough, for those rare or more often needs, they'll have you covered. You will NEVER find such efficiency at a chain pharmacy. This place is the epitome of that idyllic pharmacy you see in movies with the friendly, know and care for your customer atmosphere; only they prove that just sometimes, the idyllic still exists.
