This place stays busy! Appointments aren’t available always within a few days anymore. It can sometimes take days to a week to get medical documents faxed back. The medical staff are always thorough and professional.

I've been a patient with Chip and Dr. Grisgsby for over 10 years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I've always felt like I get their undivided attention when I'm with them, regardless of if it's a nurse or one of the docs, and their receptionists (Alicia and the young man, plus the others) are absolutely outstanding and caring. Love Northwood Medical clinic and staff!

Dr. Grigsby always addresses his patients needs with warmth and compassion. He listens to his patients concerns and needs very carefully and ensures their ailments are treated thoroughly, responsibly and professionally with a caring heart. Doc has a great sense of humor that lets his patients know that their health is in hands that care and are competent. His receptionists Mrs. Alicia, Mrs.Catherine, along with his nursing staff are always so kind and friendly. Very good care. Been a patient for a very long time. Dr. Grigsby and Dr. Chip are great. Listen to their patients, never make you feel like they are in a rush. Staff is excellent. Highly recommend.
