Waltham Dental Center

I am a relatively new patient, who has had 2 check-ups at Waltham Dental. I find the staff to be efficient and professional. They do not try to push unnecessary treatments or procedures as many places do, but they take good care of what you need done.

HORRIBLE PLACE, been coming here for years. my fiancé came 2 months ago with an issue with her tooth and needed fillings, they rushed the whole service and they did not use any anesthesias. 2 months later she has pain again in a crown that was put on at this dentist . So she set up another appointment with a new dentist and she now has a bad infection and has to get her tooth removed. Not to mention money spent on aligners throughout the years. Now her teeth will shift unless we come out of pocket to pay for the tooth since the insurance doesn’t cover for it. Not sure what happened but the quality of care at the location has been horrible throughout the years completely avoid or approach with caution. All the equipment is old and outdated they definitely need the state to come look at this

Horrible place! The check in lady (who speaks Mandarin) is very rude and has no logic. She refused to call my parents’ insurance company and asked me to call. I called and got the confirmation email she needed, she also said okay, and then today she said that confirmation doesn’t count and totally denied what she said last time. So my parents went there twice and did nothing. I don’t know why they still have patients! Don’t go there!

These guys charge for almost anything. I went for tooth filling, the doctor did one more filling without informing and charging for it. Even tho it clearly wasn’t required and I told him not to. DONT COME HERE FOR YOUR DENTAL PROBLEMS, THIS PLACE LOST MY TRUST!!!

I went here for an extraction, the dentist ended up pushing the tooth into my sinus. I had to go to the emergency room because I was bleeding from the ears, nose and mouth. The ct scan from the ER showed I needed surgery which had to paid for out of pocket. The oral surgeon performed the surgery the next day. The last couple of days have been painful and mentally exhausting. I ended up paying $3000 for the sinus surgery. At Emerson hospital.
