Contacted the location at 6:55pm to have a mediation return to stock. The gentleman that answered the phone don’t confirm that the restock was completed and he just hung up the phone. When I tried to call back to confirm there was no answer. Customer service was mediocre and very disrespectful. I do understand 7pm is closing time but we were directed to call from the CVS pharmacy. The medication that needed to be refilled is life saving and to be experience rudeness of this sort was uncalled for. I also understand that this employee doesn’t represent the entire staff or business. Verified via closing staff 11/12 @ 7pm.

We need more small businesses like this. I tried called CVS to ask a pharmacist if they had something in stock, and couldn't get to a person. Called Walnut Hill, got my question answered, drove there and got what I wanted with no problem and with a happy smile from them.

They used to be good but lately my delivery has been bad and there's no one I can talk to about this and my Dr called in a prescription 3 days ago and they said they didn't get it....also 1 person tells me 1 thing and another person tells me something different.. I don't know what's going on with them but it's totally unacceptable!!! I don't drive I have no legs and in a wheelchair. They make me out to be the bad person and I'm not. Everytime I call they put me on hold for a long time. Is there anything you can do about this???????

Used to be a 5 but lately they have missed one of my medications in my monthly pickup, then more than once lately they can't fill the entire prescription only partially fill, so then I have to come back. I asked girl at counter today why the one prescription was missing she said I don't know, didn't ask the pharmacist nor suggested I talk to one. UPDATE REVIEW: 5 stars. Great customer service and staff. Glitches with my prescriptions have been corrected.
