Had appointment for my mom at 2pm . 3 March . Check -in online arrived at 1:47pm that when front desk worker told us they don’t accept Medicare alone she needs secondary insurance and my mom offered to pay out of pocket and the office worker said we don’t accept cash and they should have told us when they made the appointment. I wish they would have called us before taking my mom to this office.

I called and spoke with an actual person maybe 2 months ago. I scheduled an appointment for MY SON. Gave them his insurance info and all. 1st appointment was canceled and i did not get a call, text or anything. I called them to see when his appointment was because i forgot the date and time. Thats when they told me it was canceled because the doctor THEY scheduled him with didnot accept children under 12. Ok so i schedule a new appointment with a new provider. I remembered the day but forgot the time so i called again to see what time was his appointment and i was told the 2nd appointment was canceled. THEY said they sent me a confirmation message that i did not receive so of course i rescheduled again! So here we are the day of the 3rd appointment and i remembered the date and time. Did t

It was amazing. And the dermatologist was amazing as well. I will continue to go to her as needed. And I would recommend it to everyone out there to come here if you have skin problems.

Staff was super nice. I saw Amy Black and she was awesome. Didn’t hesitate to jump right in and remove a spot on my face that’s been bothering me for a while, to have it tested. Her and her nurse made me feel very comfortable, would definitely recommend!
