Walnut Grove Living Center

I highly reccommend this facility for anyone needing skilled rehab. I've been at this home two different times and have had a great experience. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond. The therapy ladies are great! I feel welcome and was always greeted with kindness

I don’t have a family member here, but I’ve stopped by and the place seemed really nice! It was clean, the staff were friendly, and the residents looked well taken care of. Definitely gave off a good vibe! 😊

Terrible place that treats their residents and staff horribly. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. Administration is an absolute joke.

Left Walnut Grove for h0ome and unknowing to me, I carried a case of bed bugs. Also, although all property of mine was clearly marked with my name, a bath sheet, collared shirt, and king size pillow case were missing. When you first arrive at Walnut Grove, they take away any over-the-counter (OTC) medications you have. They are supposed to return these items when you leave. I never received my OTC items. There is an outside area on the north side of the building that is supposed to be a common area all share. I found out very quickly the smokers had taken over the area and they refused to stop smoking when a non-smoker was present. Some of the staff were pleasant, but most were indifferent. My husband was recently admitted to Walnut Grove. He was treated with extremely professional people very kind and intuitive to his needs. The facility is extremely clean, very attractive, and supports a pleasant Ambience for interacting with other people.. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone needing excellent care.
