Rhonda Thompson (Shelly) is an amazing person. She’s caring and listens. She helped me through getting diagnosed with lupus by blood work ,and getting me into a great rheumatologist a year after my mom passed from lupus. She will do anything she can to help. She has seen me in some of my worst moments ,and lifted me up. Her nurses are amazing. Love them all in that office. My husband and I will always have a special place in our heart for Rhonda and her staff!

I have been going to the McAlester office for all most two years and feel like I'm being heard. Shelly is amazing and finally i have a doctor who is listening to me.

This place is absolutely amazing the team is so great! They care about their patients. Anyone who ever says anything bad about this place, guarantee they got results they didn't want or got seen had a lot of tests done and got results they didn't expect. Any time I go in(literally every month), I see people coming out smiling

By far one of the best clinics I have ever been to! From the moment I walked in the door the receptionist was genuinely kind and delivered outstanding customer service. Shelly the practitioner was attentive and listened and immediately began referrals to several places to start my diagnostic and treatment, the lady who did my blood draw was equally kind and caring and I didn't even feel the needle! I never felt rushed or not taken serioysly. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. I am so thankful I found them!!!

Came here to get my hormones checked and talk about weight loss shots. No one in this clinic knows what's going on. I waited a week for my lab results just for them to call me and tell me DLO trashed my blood and i have to come in AGAIN and redraw. No, this is ridiculous. Never coming here again. They also have no idea what is HIPPA is and just discuss patient information with basically anybody. The girl that drew my blood did so with ripped gloves, fingers exposed. And they don't know how to use medical terminology. Like the doctor kept saying the word "barriers", to me. I eventually figured out she meant CONDOMS.
