Walmart Pharmacy

Date of 11/18/25 in the evening at Brier Creek Walmart. I was trying to sort out a medication issue. I called my insurance to start. They directed me to call Walmart to cancel a script as a reason why I couldn’t refill. The first tech at Walmart said it was cancelled and I needed to call back my insurance. My insurance customer rep was also not listening and not understanding but he called the Walmart pharmacy back trying to figure it out. Well they misunderstood as well and no one at the Walmart pharmacy could answer my questions around why I’ve been able to get my script early before I was due to take it in the past. I called again trying to understand as my insurance was no help. The woman who answered started arguing with me after asking this question stating “you can’t pick you script

On a Friday afternoon, I called to check on an order that I made on a Tuesday and the pharmacist had answered the phone. I was never told the order was canceled in 3 days. The person that supposedly is the pharmacist on duty that afternoon had treated me so rudely and disrespectful!! I will NEVER go there again and if I can, I will make sure he no longer has a job, yes it was that bad

Every experience I have had with this pharmacy has been horrible. My prescriptions are never ready when I get there despite prior call ins. Every time I’ve worked with the same pharmacy tech, Margaret. She is very rude, has no manners and honestly has the attitude of “I hate my job”. Customer service needs some improvement, but I switched pharmacies because it wasn’t worth the trouble.

The blonde lady was very rude and unprofessional. I honestly don’t know how she’s kept her job. This isn’t my first time experiencing this from her—it’s a pattern of unprofessional behavior. On the other hand, the rest of the team is great specially the pharmacist, and I’ve always had a positive experience with them except her!

I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years and they are consistently helpful and courteous.
