I'm leaving a review after sitting in the waiting room for nearly 3 hours for a sports physical. In which I called the day before about. I understand situation may arise. But people were still coming in after me and getting called. I waited patiently until they took back the 2nd person who arrived after me and waited for nearly an hour. I heard them tell him he was next and they were going to put him up next, wow. I've been there with my kids for nearly 3 hours. I asked the young lady at the front desk with the piercing and mess on her face. If that second gentleman had an appointment too. She stated he called in and got put on the list... 🤔 really? I then said I'm leaving I'll just go somewhere else after waiting all that time and her response, good okay? I'm not sure what there running b

The medical care I've received here over the last seven years has always been excellent, regardless of who the medical provider on staff that day happened to be. That having been said, you may get a serious wait time. My last visit was a 2.5hr wait for a 10 min appointment. They're significantly understaffed on the medical side and a bit heavy on reception. On the flip side, if I was in bad enough shape that a visit required 2+ hours I'd be relieved that an urgent care would actually give that kind of attention when needed. Overall it is a solid place but don't think you'll be in and out in a flash.

I am fortunate to have an urgent care facility in close proximity to my home, where the staff consistently demonstrate exceptional professionalism and courtesy. The physician approached me and his patients with sincere compassion and dedication, which is a rare quality in many medical facilities. This level of attentive care greatly enhances the overall patient experience and reflects the commitment to quality healthcare that sets this facility apart.
