ECU Health Family Medicine - Wallace

From the time I was admitted and encountered the person checking me in, it was phenomenal! The next person when I was taken back was the anesthesiologist, his kindness and professionalism was beyond words. From there until the procedure was over and I was admitted for the night, and until I was discharged, EVERY person I encountered was GOD ordained! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I give them 10+ for my entire experience. Also, to Dr. Rao, words cannot express the appreciation I have knowing that you and the anesthesiologist stayed with me until I was out of danger. Again, thanks beyond measure I extend to the entire group/team that had any part of my stay!!

I was denied medication that is very important for me to take. I have depression, anxiety disorder and PTSD. The nurse practitioner I talked to was very rude and didn't care if I had my medication or not. I was told that I would have to see a doctor before I could get my medicine refilled, which is fine, but it's not my fault it would be a month before they could see me and she still denied my refills after a confirmed appointment had been made. Now it's been almost a month that I haven't had my medicine.

I'm a new patient with ECU Health and my 1st visit with Dr. Crawford was a very good one. He didn't seem to be in a hurry and he was thorough and professional. I am very pleased with my 1st experience! Thank you Dr. Crawford

Jenn Poole and her nurse are wonderful! They take the time to listen to the patient and address any concerns you may have. I've had nothing but wonderful service from everyone in this office.

Dr. Crawford & his Tracy(his nurse), staff are excellent, through, caring and compassionate. It’s is wonderful to be a patient at this facility. Very responsive, open to discussing information and giving understandable answers to patient concerns!
