Wallace Family Practice PA

I have been going to the Wallace Family Practice for over four years now and am very happy with the ability to get an appointment, friendliness of the staff, and competency of the PA’s and physicians. A person actually answers the phone, and if I’m sick, they do their best to fit me in. In addition, they always take me within ten minutes of my appointment. Amazing ! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Front Staff are always smiling, Very Helpful, Everyone is always polite, Great Customer Service, My Doctor is always nice very concerned about anything with my health, Love that she cares about me& my health, She’s very honest about any health care related questions I ask. she’s very polite, They always try to fit in patients when you call, 10/10 Great Doctor Office

This dr came recommended by a former APRN and all was good for a while. Then they swap out the dr for whoever APRN is on staff. I havent seen the actual dr in years. If you are on medications that are time sensitive such as an controlled substances or Testosterone then they will be a hassle to keep you don track and not be without meds causing more problems. I have to call and fight with them to call in the meds almost every month and only 1 out if 10 times do they actually do their job. Then you wait. Call the pharmacist and they will show you that the drs office hasnt called them in yet. Having several pharmacists in my close family, i can tell you this is unacceptable and will only complicate your treatments.

I read the other reviews and I'm sorry that your needs were not fulfilled. However my first appointment went very well with Doctor Wallace. She properly administered the tests needed to ensure that the medicines I am currently taking are still necessary for my medical conditions. She was intent on listening to me about my conditions and followed through with what I perceived as proper treatments to my conditions including vitals and medications. Follow up appointments have gone exceptionally well. I expect there will be some more diagnostic testing near term to fulfill obligations to third party interests. I am confident that she will help me in meeting these obligations and continue to make sure that I remain healthy in accurately diagnosing my conditions and continue my treatments as the

I had a very bad experience recently. I have been seeing Dr.Wallace for last 2 years and she was great. However, my insurance changed and she was no longer covered under my insurance. When I made an appointment, the front staff told me "no, it's ok, we do take your insurance." Then, when I came i for the appointment, I asked again if they take my insurance. I wanted to ensure I do not receive a bill for the visit. The front desk staff told me: "I confirmed with the Doctor that you will not get a bill and the doctor will still see you." So, I went through with the appointment and now have been receiving bills every month!! I talked to the same staff member again on the phone and in person with very vague and rude responses.
