I am new to the community and wanted to get my annual flu vaccine. It is a little cumbersome to find their website, it gave me all of the information I needed. I called and quickly made an appointment for 2+ hours later. The entrance is on the West side of the building. Clean, quiet, plenty of signage, safe and nicely staffed. The nurse gave me excellent care and I received my vaccination. Easy, very affordable, convenient and kept me current with my vaccination. Thanks for the good work.

Called to make an appointment for my son to get vaccinated; was told we have to call in the morning to see if they have opening. We called at 8:30am, was told all booked for the day. We asked if they have opening tomorrow, they said we have to call in the morning to check, can’t make an appointment the day before!!! I am blessed to have the flexibility, but how about other parents with employment that required advance notice to leave work?! Won’t take appointment schedule in advance and have to call in every morning?!! And this is supposed to be a health care facility?!! Govt service for ya!!

They say no appointment required but just refused service for a pregnancy test and sign up for pregnancy medicade because they didnt make an appointment. Sorry as can be. They need to change their information online if it is all false. I do not recommend anyone go here for services. Lafayette and Summerville health departments are just a huge money racket and arent willing to help those that need it unless you have cash in hand.

Made me wait for over an hr to get my sons vaccines.No one in the waiting room besides me. Ended up leaving without being seen.Didn’t have the common curtesy to call and reschedule because they were short a nurse.

I just wanted to report the Dollar General store on Chickamauga Ave in Rossville because NOBODY in the store, including the cashiers, are made to wear masks during a global pandemic. I can't get through to the health department by phone, this is the only other option I have. Anyone reading this, if you want to catch Covid-19, be sure to go to this DG. It's a sure fire way to get it. No masks, and no cares.
