Really frustrated right now and wished I had listened to the other bad reviews on this place but I was sick and this is the closest walk in clinic near me so I took my chances. Really wish I hadn't now though. I first want to say that the staff there wasn't rude or nasty. While they weren't the most bubbly staff they were professional and respectful. However I went in for a stuffy nose and a headache. I was told they were swabbing my throat for strep (which came back negative) and then prescribed antibiotics and I was sent on my way. A very quick visit. Though the wait time was long but once back there, I was in and out. I wasn't told about any other test other then strep. I wasn't given anything for my asthma (cause I wasn't having any breathing troubles) and no blood was drawn. It was th

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband, a diabetic, was told he could come in on a walk-in basis to establish care after work since he gets off at 5pm. When we arrived, instead of being helped, we were met with attitude from the receptionist and outright disrespect from the provider on duty, Ms. Jessica Banks. She belittled us in front of my 11-year-old son, shoved her badge in my face, and sarcastically asked, “Who comes in at 5:30 on a Friday for diabetic medication?” Rather than show any care or concern, she refused to help and said she’d call the nurse manager on my behalf. No thanks—I’ll do it myself. Refusing care to a diabetic who is actively trying to get medication is not only heartless—it’s dangerously close to medical malpractice. This is the only place I go these days. I do not have insurance & am therefore a self pay patient. My visit usually costs around $70. I have never been there too long. Visits are quick yet efficient. Whomever I see always takes their time & is compassionate. I've stopped in for a walk-in visit minutes before they closed. They still saw me, & gave me the same quality of care as they would if I'd have come in first thing in the morning..Great care. Good folks.

I was a walk-in and was seen very quickly just as I completed the online portal. Emily was who attended me and she was very pleasant, thorough, genuinely interested in understanding my symptoms, explained the medications she would be prescribing and potential side-affects, etc. If she was busy, I would have not known it as the appointment was not rushed at all. I had seen Emily Elswick about a personal issue going on, first she was busy yapping about probiotic foods constantly and then about her being a vegetarian when I’m just trying to get treated. After the appointment apparently she never sent the prescription in for a cream. Then weeks later after constant suffering with my issue, found out she never even sent the referral to a dermatologist like she said she would. Now I’ve just came back to see what’s going on, and this woman said that they couldn’t help me with an annoying attitude and said I need to see a gynecologist. I told her about Emily Elswick but she just ignored me and kept looking at me like she was tired of me and wanted me to leave. I am never going to this clinic ever again they deserved to be sued.
