Excellent nurse practitioner, Judy Nelli and her nurse Karen. Compassionate care in Cleveland is hard to come by. All they need is a front secretary and this place would be perfect.

0/10 Don’t recommend this urgent care. Displays a center closing time but close whenever they want. 1-3 hours prior & don’t bother calling customer service because they’re no help. when you are able to get in they’re rude & short and just rush you out. I’ve been coming to this location for years and never have I ever seen it this bad.

Title: Harassment Over a False Bill I have been receiving repeated text messages for several months from Walk In Urgent Care claiming that I owe a balance of $102.69 under an account number that does not belong to me. I have never received care at this facility. The only connection they seem to have is my phone number, which was likely entered in error or tied to the wrong person. Despite calling them to explain this, the messages have continued for 2–3 months, always repeating the same “final notice” and threatening collections within 7 days - yet no real action has been taken. A legitimate provider or billing department would have sent proper written validation or stopped contacting me once notified they had the wrong individual. The virtual medical assistant is unacceptable. Her accent, though slight, makes her difficult to understand. As a senior citizen it is especially difficult to hear her soft voice or to understand her. Her attire is inappropriate in our country in this current hostile political environment. Culturally neutral dress would be acceptable. But most distressing is the disdain in her voice and total lack of pleasant customer service. Overall the vma was disrespectful of your patients. Karen and the PA, by contrast, were excellent.

They were quick and efficient! The nice lady at the front desk named Karen was the best part of my visit, she was incredibly friendly and she helped me get checked in properly after the woman on the screen put my information in incorrectly multiple times. The virtual lady was also incredibly rude, rolling her eyes at me and other patrons. In spite of the bad impression this woman left on me the efficiency of the doctor and Karen's kindness redeemed this experience for me!
