All I have to say is Angie and Dr Blake was awesome! So professional! Everyone at the office made me feel so welcome. Dr Kates did good on his employees at the university office! I have a stellar smile!

Listen y'all. This is coming from the very bottom of my heart. I started with premier smiles when Komforti (spelling?) was the head of the office in Shaker Heights. He was amazing. My oral surgeon messed up severely (Dr Martinez) by trying to surgically implant an expander when I had my SARPE surgery that had failed and Komforti had to install the one into my already broken jaw. As terrible as this was for me, he made it much better for me. When he left for Florida, I had the un pleasure f dealing with their incompetent replacement of him and she reversed my treatment by a year and a half with her lack of knowledge.
