Walk In Urgent Care

There are maybe 6 walk in clinics that have popped up since this Urgent Care opened and even when we tried 1 or 2 that were connected to our hospital we always end up here instead. They are so quick and since we use it for times we are not feeling well that is really important. Sitting in a lobby sick or with a sick kid is the worst. We know that we can go there, get in AND SEEN quickly and out the door sometimes in 20 minutes. Let's face it, we are not going for brain surgery or broken bones. We go for strep tests, flu tests, ear infections, etc. These people are experts at knowing what to look for and do not make you sit and wait while they go see someone else. I've seen both Trisha and her assistant Alyssa a few times. Both ladies are always helpful, kind and answer all my questions and do their best to get me in and out as fast as they can. Whether it's for myself or my children. They are doing a wonderful job.

I had a very disappointing experience with Lisa Kisaberth, CNP. She showed little regard for patient privacy and seemed dismissive of my concerns. Throughout my visit, she appeared rushed and uninterested, making me feel like my complaints weren’t taken seriously. The lack of empathy and professionalism was extremely frustrating. I won’t be returning to this urgent care and would not recommend it to others seeking attentive, respectful care.

My mom received prompt care with all concerns handled. The staff, Lisa and Alyssa, were very kind and friendly from start to finish. Was one of the best Urgent Care experiences we’ve ever had. So glad we took my mom there.

Here’s my review for this walk-in Urgent Care off leavitt rd. (4340 LEAVITT RD, STE D, LORAIN, OH 44053). Seen by Trisha and Alexa. I went here because I had a flare up for a chronic illness- and they took me in really quickly and verified my insurance immediately. The the nurse was helpful, kind, and prompt. The doctor/PA asked the right questions, acknowledging my needs, helped me get a medication, and also what to do if I needed to follow up about my condition. If you need something quickly and people who really listen/care, consider this place. That’s all I could have asked for. Thank you Trisha and Alexa- you guys killed it!!!!!!!
