My experience was fine with the 1st Visit in February and as being a Veteran with Dental Trauma from my time in the Army I thought I would be taken care of ....The VA uses this Facility with a 3rd Party which is not good for Veterans so I requested a second Appt but somewhere else after my 1st visit Flop with her....but she is the only provider close to where I live so I had to go back there to her Facility in August because I didn't like the results from the 1st visit in February so I get there and it was a straight dummy mission I wasn't seen because they were closed and the 3rd party never reached out to me about it.... if you are a Veteran seek treatment elsewhere this Place doesn't care about the Veterans only the Money.....was trying to get a second appointment after the DUMMY MISSIO

My last visit at Dr. Jennifer Robb's office was excellent. The staff took extra precautions to insure our safety related to the Covid-19 virus. I felt comfortable but safe at the same time. Dr. Robb took care of several items in one appointment and everything is great. Very professional.

I went to Dr. Robb's office for the first time for a routine cleaning and x-rays. The x-rays were easier than any other dentist I have ever used! The dental hygienist was very gentle and I thought she did a great job cleaning my teeth. Overall I was very happy with my visit.

I am a new patient with Dr. Robb and her new location is very well done. Had not been to dentist for several years and they explained everything clearly to me and addressed all my dental needs. Mainly they do not push expensive procedures but do what is best for the patient. I have been diagnosed with A Fib and was concerned with bleeding but was thrilled with the results and glad I found them to take care of me.

I had a dentist appointment for a consultation.I get there and they tell me they double booked me because they thought I just wanted to meet the dr. What??? But when I made the appointment they told me it would be $131.00. And I explained to Jennifer over the phone that I wanted a consultation with the dr and to meet the staff. Why would I pay that just to meet the staff & doctor? Wouldn’t you think a consultation would be an exam to see what course of action to take for treatment? Unbelievable. Complete clown show. Don’t bother going here. Total waste of time. After seeing your response, I’m so glad this didn’t work out. A simple apology would’ve been sufficient. Good luck with getting new patients.
