Walk In Urgent Care

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care and would confidently recommend this location over others in the area. From check-in to discharge, the staff was professional, courteous, and highly attentive. The receptionist was especially kind, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. I was seen promptly, and Mrs. Siobhan took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly and reassuringly. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious that she genuinely cared about providing quality treatment. The facility itself was clean, organized, and well-run, which made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Overall, the level of professionalism and quality of care I received exceeded my expectations. This will definitely be my go-to urgent care movi

Avoid at all costs. Was told my sinus infection is allergies. The "doctor" then told me to google her diagnosis if I didn't believe her. How incredibly unprofessional her attitude was. Google actually said sinus infections can last longer than 10 days, and I informed her my last infection was a month long and treated successfully with amoxicillan. She said I would still be charged for wasting their time. I can't believe a medical facility is allowed to operate with this level of unprofessionalism.

My niece and I both were seen the day after Christmas. From waking in door, doing paperwork , vitals being taken, seeing/talking to doctor, taking blood and strep test, had our diagnosis and walking out of clinic, headed to pharmacy took under 30 min. My MA Dominiqua ( I’m not sure I am spelling that correctly) was kind, professional, emphatic, & made sure to explain things as she did them I can’t think of the Women Doctor’s name (shorter blonde hair) but she was very thorough, explained things as well, timely, empathetic and made sure to give me tips on how to prevent reinfecting myself once antibiotics were started ( something I never knew could be a thing). I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I usually go to this urgent care. They are quick to get you back and typically are knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. Today Dominique assisted us with checking in. We were greeted and checked in right away, after a short wait she took us back to the room

The black lady was cool but she was a little slow and the other lady idk if she foreign or what but I went in there for a physical and I didn’t have one of the right papers so she told me she couldn’t help me and walked out? So then I came out the room and she was reading a book but then when I saw her reading a book she tried to act like she was doing something on the computer. So then the black lady helped me print out my paper then I got my physical. But I was waiting in the room for my paper back for 30 minutes I finally decided to walk out the room and the other lady says to me your still here and the African American lady says I didn’t see the paper here. They are unorganized , rude , needs a whole new staff atp
