What a wonderful experience. The receptionist area, the staff was extremely professional and polite, very upbeat. I prefer using a kiosk to provide information rather than writing on paper, so that was a plus. Zero and I do mean zero wait time, which was shocking considering the amount of people that were there. The nurse, doctor, clinicians all very pleasant and professional. I felt they had my best interest as their top priority, just wonderful people. A+ and I would highly recommend everybody.

The girl I checked in with was an absolute sweetheart. The girl who brought me back to the room was very nice and complimented me on being nice and funny. I love Dr. Wikas. He is such a nice and caring man. Last year when I was there the wait was awful and very long. This time it was great. I did read some of the reviews and most of the bad ones were from years ago. That was not my experience at all I am glad to say but my suggestion is to those you answer maybe it should not sound exactly like all the others. It sounds like you just push a button for the same answer each time like you can't really take the time to answer them. People will notice.

Entire process seamless from start to finish, from online contact to getting appointment quickly within couple days. Barely any wait to get back to exam room. The MA was very pleasant, as was Dr. Hyman. Was knowledgeable in his dx after examining my scalp lesion, seborrheic dermatitis. Very pleasant man and told me to call with any issues I might have in the future. The front girl at desk greeted me pleasantly immediately, which is always a plus in my opinion. Would highly recommend this office and will return there myself for future needs.

Dr Hyman was wonderful. Very informative. Listened to what I said and explained everything. The MA was pleasant and made us feel at ease. Check in was very easy as I had done most of the work in line. Would highly recommend!

Very kind staff, waiting room was very clean and tidy. The doctor was very nice…she listened to my issue and gave me choices as to how I wanted to proceed with treatment. Overall great experience…I’d give 10 stars if I could!!
