Walk In Urgent Care

We had a really great experience here with Dr. Bett and Michelle. The doctor and nurse really took the time to listen to what was happening and give excellent advice. It was not rushed and it was highly professional. Thank you!!

Came in for antibiotics for a tooth infection. Iv been in a room waiting for 35 minutes after waiting 45 minutes I the waiting room. Still haven't seen a doctor.don't come here if ypu don't have insurance they dont like that you are paying cash.

This was my second time coming here. Janice was super nice. She was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I'll be back when I need medical care in the future.

Someone who refuses to use self check out at grocery stores may be offended by intake procedures… I walked out due to the intake procedures being done by a 3party person on a computer screen. I didn’t want to support a company that doesn’t hire a local physical person. ( if you wanna know what one of those teletech people you can’t understand look like.. 10/10 recommend) Went to Ohio Health Emergency room where you have a more personal experience and don’t have to fill out your intake paperwork yourself.. Seamed clean, I’m sure they offer great service… just a matter of principle. If I knew ahead of time I wouldn’t have gone to this location just trying to save a like minded person a wasted trip.

Went in with our son with an ear infection. The doctor came in and played a game on his tablet with him to help him relax before examining him. Made him a friend and my kid lowered his guard. We loved his approach and care to make sure he was comfortable. Thank you Peter.
