The last couple of years my 6 month check up has been scheduled 8+ months out. I scheduled it, was running late, called in to let them know I was running behind because of school drop off and showed up 1 minute past their cancelation policy - literally standing in the building - and they turned me away and told me to reschedule. Mind you I’ve sat in their waiting room for longer than I was late for previous appointments.

The dentist and hygienist were nice. But I had a filling fall out over a month ago, called immediately and was told I could wait until my next scheduled appointment, which was in a month. I was told they would reserve extra time at that appointment. I even called again and said it was scraping my tongue to no avail, they said if they had a cancellation, they may get me in. Well that didn't happen. Then when they called to confirm my appointment, I reminded them of the filling and they said they wouldn't be able to do anything at the appointment yet. Really? My husband lost a filling and it was fixed the next day by his dentist. I get the feeling that the receptionist doesn't care about me as a patient and has control issues. Am changing dentists now. Long wait time to get an appointment if you’re a new patient, but worth the wait! They were all so friendly and helpful in the office. If you’re nervous at the dentist they’re super sensitive to that too. I would definitely recommend them.

This place is absurd. I waited almost 6 months to get seen. Then was told I have to wait another 6+ months for follow ups. I would advise if you want a place that really cares about getting you taken care of looking for a place that has actual availability within a reasonable amount of time.

My old dentist retired years ago I found Dr gibbson at her old office if I ever had a tooth emergency I could get right in my tooth started hurting on thanksgiving 2024 no dentist open went to er Friday got pills for pain now today Dec 2nd 2024 my wife called told them I had a tooth emergency they told her all booked up would get me in may have open time on the12th of Dec I told my wife to make them see if sooner they said Thursday afternoon at soonest I am not happy with this office but our dental insurance works there my dads dentist in loudonville i know that dentist very nice guy never treats anyone like that he will try to get you in fast or move an appointment to get you in if our insurance worked there move in heartbeat
